Acceptable Use Policy

This policy protects recipients, customers, mailbox providers and the Lead Reclaimer service.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Effective date: September 28, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to all use of Lead Reclaimer and forms part of the Terms of Service. Customers must ensure their account users, personnel and instructions comply with it.

2. Permitted use

The service may be used only by US membership-based gyms with their own first-party historical lead records. Email outreach must be directed to recipients in the United States. SMS and outreach to other markets are not permitted. Customers must have a lawful basis and any required notices or permissions for every record and message.

3. Prohibited data and list sources

You must not upload, provide or use:

  • Purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, stolen or unlawfully obtained lists.
  • Records obtained from third parties without authority and a lawful basis for the intended outreach.
  • Anyone who opted out, withdrew consent where relevant, complained, or otherwise should not be contacted.
  • Intentionally sensitive or special-category personal data, including health, biometric, precise financial, government identifier or similarly sensitive information.
  • Sensitive notes, reply content or free-text fields that are not necessary for the approved recovery.

4. Prohibited messaging and conduct

You must not use the service to:

  • Use a deceptive sender identity, routing information, header, subject line, business identity or message.
  • Omit or falsify the sender's valid physical postal address or required advertising identification.
  • Contact suppressed recipients or bypass an unsubscribe request.
  • Bypass or attempt to defeat sending rates, safety checks, tenant boundaries, provider controls, access restrictions or suppression measures.
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against anyone.
  • Promote hate, violence, fraud, phishing, malware, illegal goods or services, or unlawful content.
  • Exploit a person's health, financial condition or other sensitive circumstances.
  • Interfere with, probe, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or another user's data.

5. Compliance and cooperation

You must maintain accurate account and sender information, including a valid US business mailing address, review each recovery before approval, and respond promptly to compliance questions. When requested, you must provide reasonable evidence of each list's source and campaign-level approximate source, YYYY-MM last interaction, your authority and notices or permissions, and prior opt-out handling.

You remain responsible for your records, recipient selection, approved content and legal compliance. Lead Reclaimer's checks do not replace your responsibilities.

6. Enforcement

Lead Reclaimer may immediately pause or cancel provably unsent work, suspend access, preserve relevant records, investigate suspected misuse, require corrective action, restrict future use or terminate the service where reasonably necessary to protect recipients, customers, providers or the service. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to an affected provider or authority where legally required or reasonably necessary.

7. Reporting concerns

Report suspected misuse to hello@leadreclaimer.com. Include enough information for us to identify and investigate the concern.
